Mommy & Me Yoga + Sound Bath Wellness Experience Registration

Register for Gentle Rise of Hope's Mommy & Me Yoga + Sound Bath Wellness Experience on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Kent Commons Community Center. Family arrival begins around 2:15 PM and the wellness experience begins at 2:30 PM. This experience is designed for mothers/caregivers attending with one child ages 1 through 5. Space is limited to 8 families, planned as one participating adult and one child per family registration. The registration fee is $10 per family, and fee waivers are available. Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot; GROH will review registrations and send a confirmation or waitlist update.

Registration Fee & Attendance

The family registration fee is $10. Financial assistance is available, and no family will be excluded solely because they cannot pay the fee.

Limited-space attendance commitment*

Space is limited to 8 families. If your family can no longer attend, please notify GROH as soon as possible so the space can be offered to another family.

Participation & Event Expectations

Yoga mats will be provided. Families may bring a small blanket, pillow, comfort item, or personal water bottle.

Mother/Caregiver supervision acknowledgment*

You are responsible for supervising your child throughout the experience and may pause, rest, or modify activities at any time.

Gentle movement acknowledgment*

This is a general wellness experience that includes gentle movement, yoga-based activities, relaxation, and sound. Please participate within your own and your child's comfort level.

Arrival expectation*

Families should plan to arrive around 2:15 PM so they are settled before the 2:30 PM start. Late entry may be limited once the wellness experience begins to protect the calm environment.
